The goal of Traveling Tutors, Inc. is to help each child attain his or her full learning potential. We treat each child as an individual and cater to his or her unique learning style. We've also implemented a set of polices and procedures that help us help your children achieve their academic goals.
     

Policies and Procedures:

Traveling Tutors, Inc. will provide a qualified, professional tutor for each client based upon the individual needs of the student. Tutors are hired according to their credentials and are subject to background checks.

A peaceful environment conductive to learning shall be available for proper delivery of services.

An adult shall be present at all times during tutoring services. No tutor should be allowed in the house alone with the student.

No disciplinary action shall be administered by the tutor. If problems arise during services, parents shall be notified immediately.

Each tutor shall be punctual. He or she will keep track of tutoring hours on an official time sheet, which will be initialed by the client at the end of each session. Time sheets will be submitted weekly.

Based on the submitted time sheets, Traveling Tutors Inc. will send the clients weekly bills. Clients shall make payment within one week of receiving each bill, or tutors will be forced to cancel future appointments.

Tutors must sign a contract before working.

Clients must also sign a contract before services can be rendered.

Any questions or problems shall be communicated with the tutor and with Traveling Tutors, Inc.
